Thursday – 5:30pm: I’m going the “extra mile” and getting an online application for a college done “as soon as possible” without charging any thing extra for the rush.
Thursday – 10:16pm: A prospective student completes the online admissions application.
Friday – Sometime before noon: The client will take notice of these efforts and recognize them by “going the extra mile” and cutting him a check that day.
I wasn’t too far off — check in hand by 12:30
